Unplugged - forget the sprays as they have very limited working time span. Go for a fog city insert - I've had one for 2 years (now on its 3rd winter) and its just coming to the end of its life. Very good and highly recommend.

so fog city fits in any visor? or jst arai ones?

They do one especially for Arai's with the visor vent cut-outs, and a normal one for visors without visor vent cut-outs ie most helmets.

You want one of the normal ones for your HJC

I've also had a PinLock insert which came free with my last Arai. Has lasted less than a winter's worth of commuting and its starting to mist up.

I will be buying another Fog City and not a Pinlock
