I'm diggin Gregs corrections, I like both photos, but I don't have a problem cropping. You can crop in the dark room, so why not crop in PS? I did find the wall on upper right corner to be a little distractions, but both great pics none the less. Jared did take the actual photo though! Nice work guys, keep the vids coming!
Fantastic idea, well done. Awesome to get 2 different views on the same photo. Keep up the great work. I seem to learn something new every time I watch one of your videos...

Great idea. It allows us to see how two people can have different visualizations of the same image. Do you agree that it's not a matter of whose results are "right" or "wrong," but of whether the manipulation achieved the individual's goal? As such, it might be interesting if Greg and you would state your goal for each image before you start manipulating it. Just a thought.
This is awesome, i sent in my image, hope to see it sometime soon!
I found it interesting to see how both of you have influenced each other in both immediately going for the black and white! :) I wonder what the test would have shown between two photographers who have never really shot together..
As soon as I saw the image the top of the dug out was distracting, but after the edits, I like them both! I think this is a great thing to do, show how you guys differ in style yet both images turn out great! Thanks for the Video!

Hi Jared. Can you please explain about lost of wide angle if you have a canon
24-70mm on a 7D.
ClankyRochet 1 year ago
@ClankyRochet sure, take the focal length and multiply it by 1.6x and you get what the lens is acting as. so instead of a 24 its now a 38 mm.

I'm with you Jared. b&w's just look way better with high contrast and high black levels. Graig's way isn't wrong, but I prefer yours.

Dynamic photoediting (One shot Vs Two Photographers). Lovely concept, one photo and 2 perceptions of editing.

Hey Froman, you ever use the Silver Efex Pro plugin from Nik Software when using Lightroom 3?
It really takes B & W images to another level
