Almost all professional recordings utilize a small amount of autotune to keep the notes in check. That is why many live performance vocal pitches (whether on stage, radio versions, or live acoustic sessions) tend to bend or waver slightly.

As for this song, I (personally!) feel that Jay used autotune to reflect a certain style, namely the Kpop style.

It's so obvious it made me instantaneously lose respect for a music idol that I have for the past 8 years. Yes there's video editing, some electronic generated audio but the vocals should remain the way the vocalist sang it. This is why the quality of music is deteriorating over the years.
