Hi, yes they are as they have the standard bluetooth 2.0 protocol. Any phone that has bluetooth can handle a Bluetooth GPS. The exception to this are some older iMate and O2 phones but that again is overcome by getting the latest firmware upgrade.
G-Top, also known as F-Tech have been one of my favourite suppliers/manufacturer because they are quite innovative, one of the first if not the first to introduce a Solar powered GPS the Solar 7. I don't have a review on that model but I can assure you that F-Tech have been around long enough to build quality GPS. Using the 51 Channel MTK chip is a smart move albeit I have never seen the necessity for even a 32 channel GPS engine. The touch pad though is brilliant!
