hmm.....yes that sound is of the flaps but its kinda unusual......i think it's an older aircraft

They are not flaps.They are slats.

There's no sound for the flap..i guess.
I never heard of any flaps sound. LOL

i think....old planes have that sound...specially 737's. but ya....i dont no wat it is... : )

@jbjetairways agree with u... I heard one flap sound when i was going to Dubai in an A330-200. It nearly scared me....
Later found out the A330 was 10.6yrs old....
