I used to write to Marion in 92 or so...She exchanged a flower from her trumpet case to me for something..i don't remember5 what... I kept that flower for years, squatting, begging. I hopped freight trains across America and always I kept that plastic flower. I've lost it now, but you're in my heart forever.
I saw DFH lots back in the mid-late 80s, & they were never less than terrific... Thanks for uploading this, it's a nice reminder of what a fine band they were live.
Perhaps my favorite band of all time. I freaking loooove these guys and sadly, though we had the same booking agent at one point, never got to see them. :( But I return to their recordings all the time.
YESSSSS!!!! i've been dreaming that someday someone would post some video from their later period. some of the best shows i saw in the 90's. a brilliant band, it's a shame they didn't last longer but thank the gods for their existence!
THANK YOU SO MUCH ! I saw the DFH like 5 times back in the 90s and opened for them twice with my band of the time. Great people, great music, great attitude, great creativity, one of the best punk bands of all times!
God, this is so amazing... I've long since worn out my VHS recording from the ORS and there's so little other footage to find otherwise. Thank you for spending and hour and nine minutes filming this so nicely then encoding it for youtube. This makes you a very great person... Thank you!
i was lucky enough to see them play three times in one weekend in '93. i never saw them again but those three shows have stuck with me all these years. such an incredible band.
I'm amazed! Love this band, and I missed the one chance I had to see them back when I lived in Nebraska. Since then, I've regretted not going into the club (girlfriend at the time didn't want to go, but we were standing outside). And now I find the full show on YouTube. Wow.
One of the greatest bands of the 20th century and i'm talking serious! Thank you so much for uploading this! I hope that the members of this now disbanded band will read my post. I'm grateful that I discovered DFH in the summer of 1998 (i will never forget the exact period of my discovery). Inspiring music, great lyrics, wonderful performance!

Once again I am ASHAMED of my ignorance of Dog Faced Hermans.
But, I have them now, and all the better.
