It's true, working out is only part of being physically fit, you also have to eat the right foods. It's ok to eat candy but not before you're going to play a sport or work hard. It's the same thing with drinks, if you're going to be working hard or playing a sport have a sports drink or water, it'll keep you going. DON'T drink soda because it'll only dehydrate you faster(even if it has low sugar).
