  • @paperpro3223 But that is not the point of each and every exercise sequence mate. There are always residual benefits and reasons for implementation of complexes etc

  • @scottabelcoaching Referring to the comment you answered, why is it folks believe it's always about the muscle? About that "burn".

  • @RiseofBane Good stuff Riseo, but keep in mind that this sequence by itself is usually just "part" of a workout, and then that workout is just "part" of a program. Very important to keep in mind. But, have fun with it

  • Oh boy - just watching this video gets me fatigued! This is on my exercise regimen tomorrow...I better get some good rest tonight!

  • I like the shoulder blast. I did this 6 am this morning. I did a warm-up first, then next set increase the weight. A true functional routine. Thanks for the sharing your knowledge.

  • Looks like a good finisher, my dynamic movements are terrible and nothing creates those full body linkages better than a creation such as this.

  • True-dat mate. Not only burns fat but those "full body linkages" also lead to long term progress as well.

  • Yes, this was a big hit at the last workshop. And people are loving the addition in their programs (where applicable)

    And its always important to see the difference between an exercise "demo" and an actual application at full intensity
