This is not my cockatiel, the free-flight is in a birdparc (N.O.P.). The Dutch Foundation for the Refuge and Care of Parrots (N.O.P.) is a refuge center for all exotic birds, specifically parrots.

So to train my 8-9 month Cockatiel Do i have to get him used to getting on my finger an then use a Clicker and do things with him ?

get your cockatiel on your finger
it wont be too hard if he has been hand-fed by its previous owners-breeder.
