  • A bit of trivia - using the high score names on the jerseys of the players (or in the background of Three Peak) is actually patented by Midway. It was a unique way of giving props to the high scorers (and inspire challengers to keep trying) besides just a top 10 list, and no previous coin-op had done it.

  • The Touchmasters were made intentionally heavy to deter theft

  • Hah, I remember seeing one of these at my local bowling alley.

  • Oh man, I remember playing this about 10 years ago, or so. Coming into this video I was hoping to see footage of "Hot Hoops", which was pretty much the only game I played on this sucker, and you delivered? More specifically, I wanted to hear the "Game Over" fanfare that's been stuck in my head ever since I first played this, and you ended the video nicely with it! Pretty catchy ditty ain't it?

Heh, nice cat. Looks like its real close to you.

  • you can turn off erotic in the settings if you diddn't know.

Also, do you still have that side art. I need some for mine.

  • I know erotic can be turned off, but it's unnecessary since it's rather tame and my daughters are not down there unsupervised.

Yes, I still have the side art for the full sized unit and would be happy to sell it.

  • Thanks for sharing your impressive collection! You don't see this very often!

  • I played one of those at a Hotel bar in France back in 1997!

  • This thing actually looks like a lot of fun. I always love playing the picture-difference games.

  • It does have that in it too, yes. I've only played the difference game casually, but I assume it randomizes the picture elements each time.

I just realized that I forgot to mention it has multiplayer for most games too, so I hope that was sort of understood even though I didn't say it.

  • Hi Bill!

I've never seen this arcade touch screen before, but I have Touch Master for Nintendo DS.

  • I believe it's the same basic series. It makes sense. They either made or are making a version for the iPhone, which makes even more sense.
