@D1NOSAWR there are flaws in this picture as there are flaws in yours. Many 'artists' think they are better than another and critics other artists to do something better and so this furthers the artists more and more. What I am saying is that your criticism is constructive but it is for art that is fanart I can see that because many of her other artworks actually have more prominent depth and different flaws but no artwork is perfect and unless she says that they are I will respect her skill

All of your pictures lacked depth. You use clean, clearly defined lines which flattens your work. This picture was not about the anatomy of the person, the focus was on the dragon so there was little detail work put into the person. On the topic of dragons..not to be a jerk but yours in comparison to hers just plain suck.

I said it is a great pic (couldn't do it myself), but it does not really represent skyrim.I love her artwork and the other gaming ones are really fitting,but here is a dragon and a person, but the dragon is bigger than any in skyrim and the person could be anyone, so in short: great pic of a dragon, but i wouldn't know that it is showing skyrim without the title. Example: I can't just draw a guy with mustache and say it's Mario.

Actually, you could do just that. See, art is open to interpretation by both, the viewer and the artist. She sees Skyrim in it, so it is Skyrim, you don't have to see it, but when she titles it Skyrim, then there should be no reason for you to claim otherwise based on what YOU perceive. Either way it IS a great painting and you clearly do not know what true art criticism is. Have a nice day.

without her answer i can't know if it is true, but since i don't see a skyrim playthrough on her channel, i think it may be that she just filled the request, knew that dragons are in it but never played it.

@MrStatistx If the connotations of skyrim are in the title, and the dragon itself withholds the design of a dragon in skyrim, *give or take scale* then it is obvious that the artist was making a skyrim influenced picture, and fan art in general. You can interpret that in anyway, but anyway other than thinking this is skyrim art is just stupid. So, don't be stupid. Real constructive criticism is that of telling the artist that HER PAINTING IS FLAT, AND LACKS DEPTH, and bringing attention to that.

The only real thing she got right was detail, And that is because of all the light opacity lines overlapping giving an automatic image of detail. If there was one thing that dissapointed me about skyrim, it was how rediculoulsly tiny Alduin was, just another dragon with higher stats and spikier skin. At least someone else knows how big alduin really should have been.
