@117cam anytime, thats kind of an easy question to answer as if you look at the way the motors are set up you can see there are 2 seprate gears going to 2 motors (one for each) (sorry for bad spelling)
wow most of you are idiots mabye you guys should go buy a couple tonka trucks and shut up he probably knows nightflyer did it he's trying to create a video for his viewers what i'm saying is you don't like it,don't watch his video
To begin with, this is actually to good video. I am not a fan of Esky's Co-Comanche, but this video explains to some good detail how to replace the main shaft.
Man you are an IDIOT, hmm wonder why the vid about Microheli went away, could it be because he got his parts back?
well if you followed some of his work you would know that is exactly why the video went away. it wasn't because Microheli shut him up, they're working with him to get more upgraded parts available, why, because he knows what hes talking about, unlike you.
And go watch his video about the Skycharger B6AC battery charger, he made it for hobbypartz, which is owned by xheli.
again how little you know, first the Skycharger is different from the Thunder charger, and yes Nightflyyer did a video about that charger but AFTER nuttcaze made his video, you keep opening your mouth just to stick your foot in it, get a life.
@swifttiger6 it happend to me cuz when i was flying the fly bar fell off and broke a glass of coca cola than the heli turned up sides down and went crazy it smashed so quickly in to the ground all the gears striped and the whole a and b shafts broke in half this repair costed me 50 pounds
Was thinking of upgrading to the alum kit to prevent easy damage. You do make the assembly and disassembly look EASY!! ; ) Not sure if I am up to the challenge of taking everything apart to get the kit in place of the plastic.. but thanks again.
Can you share the 4 channel settings? all rev except Throttle?
tech question from a newbie:) i recently upgraded my co-comanche w/metal blade grips ,extended shaft & 3DPro Hardened blades. I have it all set pretty good except it is rotating clockwise when hovering even after maxing the trim to stop it. Is this a tracking problem or could it be something else? Thanx.
About those servos, I don't know if I got a monday piece of the product...but I had constantly problems with the servos, they didn't stay in always, they tend to tilt so that the bottom part comes outwards form the frame.
Nothing a little hot glue or tape cant fix though.. :)
Very well explained, and good video, 5 stars.
Co-comanche is a good toy to learn where to turn nose in, out, sideways etc, before moving to 'real' helis. :)
how does the co-axial rotor work? is each blade set on a separate motor cog?

thanks for the video, used the information to replace a broken centre shaft, saved 15 pounds of labour fees.

is the flybar completely necessary for flight? What if you take it off and try to fly it?
swifttiger6 2 years ago
Removing the flybar would cause an instability
xhelicopter 2 years ago
Yes.. it's definitely necessary.. having proved it's usefulness on my Carson Big CFG :)
