Really good intonation on in the the higher vocal range. That's hard to do .My only criticism is the Verse vocal the lower range could actually be stronger . It is very much in key though . i played this video sceptically ,thinking there's no way anyone can hit that note but the vocal is very good . Good work guys , soundas awesome . Nice studio... Btw
@McMinnManiac .. Thanx for your Great comment... Yes i agree, this song is very demanding on the vocalist, Andy did very well on the day to hit the notes.. This version of "Heart of a lion" was more based on Halfords take on it.. we are going to re-do it again next time, but more in the style of Racer X... Thanx again.. Phil ( Guitars)
@WhoKilledET91 ... Thanx for your comment... I think that the song was wrote by Priest.. but Racer X did a cover veresion on there Album '' Street Lethal'' back in1987. Either way it is a great song... we are going to do another version of this really soon, more in the Racer X way.... Thanks again.. Phil ( guitars)
@WhoKilledET91 I am 99% sure that judas priest recorded it first but it didn't make it on the record they were making and they became friends with racer x and gave the song to them
@MisterMicha .. Thanx for that info... I think Priest should have kept it for themselves.. its a great song... Check back after Xmas, we will be performing a new version of this song, more in the Racer X style.. Thanx again... Phil.
Thanx 4 the gr8 comment!!! We just did some Vocal backing tracks on the Digital recorder.. pan them hard Left and hard Right on the P.A system!! Plus Andy had some Delay on his main vocals!! Keep an eye out for some new material soon!! Cheers Phil & Andy...
Thanx for your comment!! glad you enjoyed it. I am playing a ''Schecter Diamond Series'' guitar.. They are really nice to play. Keep an eye eye out for some new uploads soon!!!We are about 3 weeks from completing about 18 new cover versions!!! thanx again. Phil & Andy.
Sorry about your dog, guys! Well, my mother and sister used to have Chow-Chow. But he found his end in a cruel way. Some guys hit him with a tractor and just threw him away into the bushes!
Good. I Like it !

Love the vocal FX
What do you use?
I use the VL2 on most stuff, but I like your double preset.
