No, the negotiations were not televised. There was one summit in 8 months - which was only done to make the bill appear bipartisan.
And yes, Republicans have ideas and plans on healthcare - which are based on the free market system, and focuses on cutting cost. Go to the GOP website to read their solutions.
Everything else you said was wild rambling. But I'm actually impressed. You didn't resort to calling us "teabagging redneck racists idiots" like most liberals do.

The solutions the GOP present are "keep it the way it is". That's not a solution it's a way to keep getting lobbyists kick backs. Non for profits put their positive margins back into the company, giving people that paid for it the benefit.
