Great judo , from one judo guy to another , this video should put to rest that bjj is so great, sure its good for ground work but you got to get there first, and a skilled judo guy will toss you on your head

After Marffy became undefeated World Champion with a record of 34-0 in blue-belt he got promoted to purple-belt. He then won the Scandinavian Championships and now also the European Championships in purple-belt. I hope he continues to develope since hes really one hell of a fighter!

Yea, I heard hes going to the BJJ World Championchips and I hope there will be a video up from the tournament. Marffy is half Hungarian half Swedish but fights for Sweden.

This guy sucks big time!!! Look at the last fight; he has the full mount, which the other guy obviously doesn't know how to defend, and he can't finish. Furthermore, around 7:30 he just stands up and gives away the full mount!!! He has no skills on the ground and his opponents really sucked big time to...

Ok...but hey, blue belt is the first grade in BJJ. Marffy is a black belt judoka for heavens sake. Put him against someone who has been training BJJ for a while and lets se what will happen. We have a lot of judokas coming to train groundfight with us and the BJJ guys dominate them easily with more limited history of training.

When I was watching the video I first thought "Wow! amazing Judo skills" and second my freaking God pull guard, pull half guard, flying guard what ever you want but dont keep the fight standing if you´ve all ready taken three flights with Finish Airways with Captain Marffy as a pilot.

I had read somewhere that he's had 30 victories against blue belts in various competitions. I can understand one step at a time, but 30? :o)

This video should put to rest the idea that some BJJ'ers have that a blue belt can easily defeat international level Judokas.
