Actually, Sega had plans to release it in the states. Sadly, it would've been the next Chubby Cherub in the states because of the edits they would've made.
I wish that the game is coming to US like how you are (I want the whole Doraemon franchise in US as well), but you have to face the truth that It won't happen for now. Hopefully, It'll come to the US.
