The gut is NOT a side effect of steroids. Is there an anti-steroid person out there who actually knows something about steroids and how they work? The protruding belly is caused by a range of factors, including hypertrophy of the midsection, HGH, insulin, and simply the amount of food that a bodybuilder this size eats. Every muscle apart from those in his face, hands, and feet have grown, and people think the core of it all won't grow too? Steroid ONLY users, like Arnold, retain the small waist.

@runtinsweet All bodybuilders use steroids. All of them. Even most natural bodybuilders use them - if they don't they at least use clen and T3 when prepping. If you think drugs, nutrition and training are enough to turn you into Ben, think again. No one accuses fitness models of steroids and they all use them too. That skinny guy on Men's Health - sorry to break it to all the kids trying to look good but you need steroids to do that.
