  • In the belo xample,yu jus do lowr weights for feel. The last 2sets ar the wrk sets. 4reps each, plus forcd reps&statics. STATIC REPS ar what realy break u down. For chest,yu do bench& pecdec (not flys). After,wait 10mins. If u cant press 225,ur done. Workd chest Mon,tris Thurs,that's it. Each body part once per wk. Sore 3days,good 3days,work again.Yur stil growng evn tho yur not sore.Eat&sleep.Mlk&WheyPro Powdr. Flex between some sets, stretch between others.

  • HIT worx if yu hava majoroty red muscle fibre. On HIT,I did 3work sets per exercize,2 ex's per bodypart.Warmup on tread5mins.

    Warmup each movement.

    2sets 12reps/8reps. EXample: Chest(@300max): 2 w/u sets

    135x12, 155x8. WorkSets: 225x8; 245x3-4;265x3-4.

    Add forcds,statics,negs,etc..

    Then PecDec, same (-10-15 lbs.)

    I studied HIT for 15years. It works.
