@xCroB93x I don't think any of those are better than the White Stripes. Oasis' first two albums could come out on top, but Be Here Now sucked. But the Strokes only had the one good album. The occasional good tune after that... but yeah. I'd consider U2, Oasis and Coldplay better than the Strokes. Their new album still doesn't cut it.

Coldplay sucks, Artic Monkeys are okay, Radiohead is AMAZING, Keane is pretty good, Franz is also good, U2 are okay, Blur is pretty good, Travis is alright, Muse is good, Portishead and editors I do not know of. New Order is alright, I do not know White lies or Florence. Bloc Party is pretty bad, Libertines, never heard of them. Oasis are AWESOME, and the rest from there (besides Snow Patrol, who are also pretty bad) I do not know.

Most of this stuff is just cheesy, generic drivel. Outkast and maybe the White Stripes belong on there... everything else is pitiful and is just hopelessly unoriginal snooze rock.

Sorry to burst some bubbles, but rock is completely and utterly dead. Just about everything has been done, so repeating the same old chords and melodies and calling it new music is pretty much insane.

I have to disagree TOTBL was classic, while Antics was just too plain for my taste, even tho I still liked it because Interpol are awesome.  The only 3 songs I listen to in Day in Age are the first 3 lol which includes Human, my fav track so far. Haven't listened too much, been to busy listening to Sams Town.

Out of those I only like Oasis and U2, and the old albums pre American Idiot I love by Green day. How could anyone not love Radiohead?? They created the top Album in the 90's and now the top album in the new millenium so far. Also how can you not have Bloc Party on your fav bands list?? They are so awesome, Silent Alarm is in my top 15-20 no doubt about it.
