Tritton sucks every left nut in North America. You shouldn't have to plug a headset into the goddamn wall AND the computer, and if you want to do anything more than talk and listen to games, expect more cables.

And if you need help, you can count Tritton's customer service out. 4 emails, 5 attempted calls later, I still have no way of using my headset without a wall adapter. And their online chat support is RARELY online.
