  • @Kaioken1987 Not true. The reason Aroldis Chapman pitches 100mph+ is mainly because he is 6'4" but has the wingspan of someone who is 7'0". Aroldis doesn't over throw or put more strain than he has to on his arm.

  • @Kaioken1987 ever heard of Randy Johnson?

  • @wiithepeople2 randy only reached 99 100 mph. never reached 106 like chapman.

  • @TheJbr777 However both men were very tall pitchers.

  • @Kaioken1987 if he is over used like dusty baker often does with relivers but i think if dusty is smart this guys got a promising future

  • Sucks for the catcher.

  • @Kaioken1987 like joel zumaya

  • @Kaioken1987 yo he's cuban...he's got this

  • @Kaioken1987 hes just another Jeol Zumaya

  • @Kaioken1987 spoke too soon?

  • he would be a good closer. he definitly wont last as a starter throwing that hard. that hurts my arm jus thinking about it

  • @Kaioken1987 i totally agree, maybe his arm will fall off

  • @derrick8718 he got sent down to the minors because he was having control problems lately. its was because of his arm but hes doin great again hope they pull him back up to the reds!

  • @Smitherines161 the minor league players must be scared to death from his high-speed pitching

  • @derrick8718 oh yeah! im only in pony league, which the pitches are around 65 mph, and that scares me enough!

  • @Smitherines161 Right now they are lighting him up down in Double A. It will be awhile.

  • @TheJer1963 awwwwww

  • incredible!

  • he born where i born and i go to cuba everyyear 2 yars ago i was in baseball stadium he play whit team Holguin" and he trow a ball 106mph and he say 100mph is nothing for him so..maybe he cant trow more them 106 !

  • @CubanBaby585 im not gonna lie that sounds like bull shit... i wouldnt doubt it being true tho..

  • Holy smokes!!! I can't believe this guy throws like that how can anyone even see the ball coming???

  • the yanks are shakin in their cleats!

  • @JohnnyDesaint Why are the Yankees shaking in their cleats? Chapman is nothing more than a relief pitcher at this point, and if the Reds are smart, he will remain that way for awhile. He will only pitch 1 or 2 innings if he ever does throw against the Yankees, that's not even once through the order.

  • @Prettyswee I agree with you. They should leave him a relief pitcher for awhile so they dont know what hes throwing at times

  • @PrettysweeThe Yanks are just teed off THEYdidnt sign him up....

  • This is not going to end well.

  • TANGO SUCKKA

  • all I can say is that if you sign a guy to a 30 million dollar contract you better be sure he is good. If he is good then play him. Maybe he can take you to the world series one day. If you don't want to pay out the 10 million a year when he gets good then don't have a team.

  • @wetriddim He is good. You didn't see how he pitched for the Cuban team?

  • @wetriddim I agree w/ you. Im Cuban & I like to see my paisano one day pitching against to my favorite team, the NY Yankees, in the Bronx. $30. pain in the head, is not a joke.

  • dirty.

  • wooot first commemt
