@lilbribriboy First of all it's called Genki Dama. If you have a pure heart like Goku and Gohan you can relect it back(see fight against Vegeta) or if you have enough willpower you can push it back. Certain Supermen are pure so that would make the Genki Dama worthless. Then we have the kinds of Superman who can easily move planets while Son Goku couldn't handle 40 tons without going Super Saiyan/Saiyajin.
