But unfortunately it is pretty damn expensive your looking around the 1k+ area. There is some music box companies that could possibly make it for you. I'm currently finding out if I can get this made for me, you could try Reuge if you want to pursue this.

And a late reply to emilandersson91, yes, the music boxes are called Laceys', but the tone wasn't meant to fit those music boxes, the anime just used them. In the manga, it's a completely original song, so probably not a real music box.

It's Lacie because it's named after a person, people think it's 'Lacey' which should be correct, however, in the manga, the spelling of the name 'Lacey' is changed to 'Lacie' because it is supposed to be a possible anagram of 'Alice'.

It doesn't really matter, though, as in English, technically 'Lacey' is the same as 'Lacie'.
