23 pounds?? My 13 month old daughter is 26 pounds and my friends 5 month old weighs 20 pounds haha. Nothing wrong with being petite =) Shes just going to be a little person. =) There arent any little people in my family haha Im 5' 10" and my daughter is 32 inches tall. =) Your family is so cuuuute!
did you have any issues w/ the doctors w/ her being so tiny? my 2 year old has been sent to nutritionists an all that crap, blood drawn...an shes 2 1/2 now an weighs 24 pounds exactly, so hearing your daughter is that small makes me feel better lol
My daughter did the same thing with rolling. Never had an interested in it right until she was crawling.

@chall1011 My boyfriends 3.5 year old daughter only weighs 28 pounds and can wear 18-24 months still. So dont feel worried.
