  • Love the white balance of the camera partially through filming brilliant..It is brilliant, good presentation oddly and a great way to import info for basic lighting. Nice touch.

  • hahahaha....

  • Ha ha ha you have to tie the fella up so he will help you! I'm going to try that since getting good help nowadays is not easy...

  • You make lighting fun!

    Thx.

  • nice tutorial pal

seems a nice tutorial for talibans as well

  • great shadowplay out there. so this like 10000 dollars expensive material in the hands of fucking amatures

  • Make DVD's!!!

Im sure I am not the only guy or gal who wants to buy a copy. Print them off your selves.

    Ill purchase most of them.

  • Who the f*** uses diffused key and hard fill? You keep calling the hair light a friggin key too. What are you teaching!!!!!!!!

  • This is was a kool way to present...good humor..and was easy and fun to follow. Thanks for putting this up...it will help me for my next film project.

  • That was fucking HOT!

  • Methinks that the humor is what separates this tutorial from every other tutorial on youtube.

Not that I figure you guys to be the type to change what you do for some random dude (ahem, starnumba), but I think you should keep it up.

  • awsme thanks

  • Be sure to check out our latest episode and weigh in on which camera you think is King!

  • Guys I was really disappointed with the lame and distracting attempts at humor which sort of distract from your point. Maybe just stick to what you're good at next time.

  • i like the humor here...make the usual stuffs we learnt less boring. keep it up guys.

  • What wattage of lights do you suggest for the key and back lights when lighting at distances like those in your setup? Do you have trouble with your diffusion material bursting into flames?

  • @Akan: it looks like they are using parchment paper, it's used for baking and is heat/flame tolerant up to around 500 degree F. You can pick it up next to wax paper (not the same thing!) in a grocery store.

  • OMG, thank you dude!!!

  • So informative, and yet somehow, still extremely gay.
