It requires you to have a mobile phone so they can verify that you're a real person. They text you a code that you enter. I don't have a mobile phone. Why can't they just email it to me?

You need to build up your fan base up to at least 25 fans, and perhaps over 100 fans.

I just made a fan page today, and it says it isn't eligible to have a Vanity URL... :(
