The BPO agent is there to do his job in a non biased manner. Your suggested managing of this process may lead to a decline of offer from the bank. As the BPO agent I would put in the report restricted access, content & times contacted by agent & my interpretation of his intent. Using this same technique on an appraiser will get you reported to the DRE as attempting to influence value.
