  • R.i.p. Have those REAL criminals (not the ones actually convicted) ever been tried? R.i.p. all those fire-fighters

  • Hmm..let's see. Initially you replied 3 HOURS ago..Then CAME BACK a 1/2 hour ago & replied again. Who doesn't have a life?!..I think it's you, pal. What?..Have u been sitting on Youtube for the last 3 hrs? I have a problem w/ ushers or janitors. You should try to be MORE than that, in life though. My point is/was, that you're a poser. You try & act like you're educated & "know all the facts," when u have no clue WHAT you're saying. You're 33 & can't even carry on a coherent conversation.

  • well, then..you're sitting at work being unproductive. Wasting company time. Like I said, you're a waste of space. And no..I don't have a problem w/security guards. Just dirtbags who commit crimes, take lives and skate away scot-free.

  • *I don't have a problem w/ushers or janitors.

  • Oh geez..another "great" comeback. What are you...twelve? You, seriously, aren't even worth talking to. Keep it up though. I'm sure someone with your intellect will go far in life. I'm sure you can always sweep popcorn off movie theatre floors and, hey, they need someone to clean park restrooms!

  • It's believed that the 2 security guards were actually the ones who set fire to the pickup truck. Supposedly the one was trying to defraud the insurance company (and the other was going along with it). The 5 who ended up in prison were convicted under testimony, that may have been illegally coerced (from those that identified them) by the Kansas City Police.

  • Meh...you ever heard of the "Kansas City Star?" You know?!...the newspaper?! This isn't "conspiracy theory fodder. It's actual information. Go to the Star's site, and look it up yourself. Plus, it's been on the KC news at different points too!

  • Oh, I have. I've also read some of the statements made by others, (w/ impecible records, I might add) that had OVERHEARD KEY STATEMENTS-made by the 2 security guards-back in '88. They had reported them to the police back then. The cops didn't want to hear it though; they were more interested in rapping up the case. The death of firefighters is going to be a huge story, and bound to tug on the heartstrings of the community. This case .

  • (continued 1)shocked people all over the U.S. My father himself was a firefighter. It was a conversation I had w/ him (about a year back) that had me looking up this case again. While you're quick to attack the newspaper, I noticed that you..uh..convienently didn't address the evening & local news reports. Why is that?! As far as conspiracy theories

  • (continued 2)go, I am normally the last person to subscribe to them. In fact, I've had people accuse me off "burying my head in the sand" and "buying in to the government's propaganda" because I didn't believe in certain incidents that conspiracy theorists love to blame the gmnt for. Instead of turning a blind eye to the facts, you really should try doing some research yourself. You can't believe everything you see/hear either

  • "The court system has upheld the convictions in this case. That is all I need to see/hear.

Wow! What a statement! So the courts are never wrong huh?! It sounds to me like you are bias in favor of the two slug security guards that set their own truck on fire, and let the others take the rap for it. I'm glad you are so simple minded. I'll tell you what I been by not buying into conspiracy theories: 9/11 was, in

  • (continued 1)my opinion, the actions of terrorists..PERIOD. No gvmnt involvement there. There was also no "conspiracy" to murder those guys at Waco either (although those guys with Roswell posters sticky-tacked to their walls would like you to believe so). As far as your "research" goes, you're full of it! I've got you pegged; you have NO RESEARCH. Why don't you POST your so-called proof? Sites, witness statements etc. Instead of defending

  • (continued 2) those idiots who committed this crime, why don't you try taking the firefighters lives into consideration. Of course, that would require you not to be slanted. I doubt you could do that.

    *set her truck on fire

  • Once again, (if you can actually pay attention long enough..w/o your ridiculous, unfocused rants), you need to go back & read what I wrote. Those two morons (a.k.a. the security guards that you ardently defend) told a BUNCH of people what they did. Not all of them were convicts. One of them was a regular, everyday, upstanding citizen w/ NO criminal record whatsoever. He overhead what they had told some of their buddies in a bar. He promptly

  • (continued 1) reported it to the Cops, who did..nothing! What are the chances of him going to the cops and sharing the same facts (as well as others-many unrelated to the security guards, as well as some friends and acquaintances)? That is, of course, aside from the coercion/blackmail that the cops participated in to get the one woman to finger the innocent ones-that were convicted-on the stand. She came out, not long after their conviction, and declared their innocence.

  • (continued 2)She's held that position for yrs now. That brings me back to my question before: Where's YOUR proof that those convicted were guilty? Like I asked before; do you have any links to information providing FACTUAL proof of such? Whatever happened to "innocent until proven guilty"?

  • Comment removed

  • "What happened to "FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW"????????? "

"Are you on medication yet? If not you should look into it."

You know, you really aren't that slick. Way to avoid the question again though. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I will-once again-ask you..where's Y-O-U-R evidence?

  • Comment removed

  • You are such a phony. Why would I need to "Copy/Paste" your information? All you do is parrot the things that I say, anyway (You know.. I said whatever happened to "innocent until proven guilty" & you came back w/ your "original," "thought-provoking" 'whatever happened to 'found guilty in a court of law' statement). You accuse me of being a conspiracy nut, yet YOU accuse 3 different sources of media of engaging in "yellow journalism." And for what?.. Do you think they were somehow "conspiring"

  • Comment removed

  • Do you not realize how ridiculous you sound. Once again, you accuse me of parroting you...while you copy MY statements and try to use them against me. I write "what are you twelve or something" and then you use it. Get a clue, moron.

  • (continued#1)against KCPD? The security guards? What would be their motive for it? They can't all be "sensationalizing" stories. It was all the inconsistencies in the case that kicked up the whole story around the original "investigation" in the 1st place. I mentioned SPECIFICS in this case...facts that SHOWING major inconsistencies in the police investigation. You mentioned *drumroll* NOTHING. You kept going back to the "12 jurors found them guilty" blah blah garbage. You didn't mention ONE

  • (continued #2)specific INSTANCE yourself, that would back your claim that the accused committed the crime. Oh, & FYI, if I was an original juror on this case, I probably would've found the accused (those who were convicted) guilty too! The jurors went off the "evidence" that was presented to them. They didn't know about the coercian, they didn't know about the testimony of others (that was convienently "forgotten" by the D.A.). They did what they thought was right at the time.

  • "Then why haven't the convictions been overturned?"

Well, for one thing, the cover up is STILL being investigated. You're also talking about 21 years worth of paperwork, and evidence to dig through. Much of it has already been done by private investigators &..yes..the media. No help, of course, from KC's finest. Some people who were important eye witnesses are dead (due to old age or other natural causes) & other reasons.

  • "Actually, I have been out of town for work. Unlike you, I have a life outside of YouTube and don't sit around watching videos all day and anticipating my next opportunity to post a retarded rant."

Neither do I. I just found it a little odd, that someone that spent as much time flapping their gums as you, (and not actually contributing any real information to the argument) would suddenly stop commenting...
