Quick flash tutorial: Onion skin

can u use the onion skin for movement in the animation so that is shows when your playing the animation?, like in slow motion, when you show the movements

I have a question. How do I get flash to not keep something that I have from a previous frame. Like I'll draw something, then make a new frame and it will still be there and I have to delete it. Insted of the way your doing it where it just dissapears.
