The key to maintaining a viable system, baring enormous resources, is to have a small cadre of students and train them to a very high skill level. Sensei Vazquez, Lou Ferrer, William Louie, all came from different systems but all came from a similar background where one teacher had like ten students or less. Trying to live off of martial arts instruction pits the good teacher versus business compromises; typically not compatible concepts and usually mutually exclusive. Let's return old school.
