MICHAEL SAVAGE IS SUCH A FAKE. I remember how he praised Herman Cain and was so respectful to him and said how much loved and supported him than turned his back on Cain and trash talked him on his show for WEEKS after he dropped out.
Next he calls Ron Paul a "Crazy Man" and discusses how he thinks he is a joke than later on his show starts to praise Paul. Same with Romney, Savage praises him some days and says he is a great guy than trashes him on other shows. I hate it.
Wow savage, freaking flip flopper! Lost respect for savage. At least he's independant, and dislikes big gov't (including repubs). Otherwise, never bash Ron Paul! He'd our best hope!
If Mitt Romney gets the nomination, he should undoubtedly pick Ron Paul as his running mate. If Ron Paul gets the nomination, he should choose Mitt Romney as his running mate. There is easily enough support for these two combined to oust Obama in November. If they pick anyone else, it would be potentially disastrous to their election chances. It's not perfect by any means, but it's a hell of a lot better than a destructive 2nd Obama term.
It's essentially defensive maneuvering, and this same "stage" probably occurred in every notorious commie country in history. They can't stop themselves in their push to centralize all of society and eliminate vast numbers of the population, so they have to put up every threat and other defense that they can before the shit hits the fan. This law is like a warning to anyone who would think to do anything significant, in the future.
The move by Obama to sign this into law was like the Hail Mary of his presidency. They couldn't have used a right-leaning politician to do this because it would've exposed the universal corruption / common bonds in govt. and people would've lost it. So that's where this leftist came in. Whether or not Obama would be reelected doesn't matter because his job is done - to sign this into law in preparation for the increasing at-home violence as this country descends further toward total tyranny.
I think Israel needs to air strike Iran's nuclear research facilities ASAP. Now. Today. Yesterday.
The more time that passes, the more difficult this is going to be to deal with.
Pakistan hid Bin Laden, and its citizens protested in the streets when he was killed.
Iran may not use the nuke, but a Sharia law based country, to whatever degree, shouldn't get one. You don't know what kind of country they'll be in 20 years.
We'll owe Israel if they stop him from joining the nuclear club.
So the U.S. embassy killings were the sole reason you changed your stance? Many a Ron Paul fan feel that Muslims' collective aggression against anyone is reactionary. Try telling that to the Coptic Christians in Egypt. There are countless other examples where nobody has done anything wrong yet a gang of bloodthirsty Muslims come in and stir up trouble.
They also tell me we deserved 9/11, a notion I find absolutely preposterous.
@highwind8124 Sadly, for every rational comment like yours, there is 10 hateful accusational ignorance filled comments from the Ronbamabots. Even though being an isolationist is a naive and idealistic notion in the modern era. People/countries used to be so far removed just decades ago (even more so centuries ago). Now, news travels pretty. fuckin'. fast....
@Illumirage I listen to Savage, and he's already made it very clear that he supports the wars, supports the occupations, supports Israel and wants to attack Iran, he is an establishment supporter and a warmonger. @hsew The only real problem savage has with Paul is he got the memo Paul is to be ignored and disparaged. He probably cried thinking (but I'll be ruined.)
@hsew Exactly... Ron Paul has a lot of good ideas, and Savage has credited him for this... The Paul bots are mostly blind to the harsh reality that this is 2012... Sure isolationism is what we'd all want in a perfect world, but it's too late to turn back now... I haven't listened to the video. I just had to comment on this here.
When I heard that Afghan citizens murdered 20 people at the U.S embassy over that Quran burning pastor, it made me re-consider my stance in the war.
It's bad enough Kim Jong Il has developed them. It's not about the suit case scare or them not caring about M.A.D.
A nuclear Iran would allow them to support insurgents. Once a country knows it can't be invaded, it exploits that and we suffer.
highwind8124 1 month ago
The sooner we deal with this, the better.
Because the world took the Ron Paul policy (rather than Churchill's) making war our "last resort/option", we wait until the last minute.
So many lives were lost because Hitler lined the coast of Europe. We knew who he was from his book Mein Kampf.
The most civilized, humane end to this problem is one where we handle it now, not later.
I don't study mid-east politics, but I'm just letting you know how I feel at this point in time.
