Great interview! I read his book Unlocked, very interesting. I just got his new book Mob Rules, pretty damn good so far. Mob Rules has great advice for future entrepreneurs.
The mafia didnt start because of 'corrupt Irish cops'...the mafia had existed inside of Italy and Sicily hundreds of years before the Italian influx in the late 1800's. The Italian immigrants brought their culture to America which included organized crime, which ran Sicily and still does.
