i got faster by just repetitive speed training by going to a local high school with stairs and do that. For acceleration you have to set up cones 5 yard then 10 yard then etc. until you get up to 40 or 20 yards. Then you touch the 5 yard cone then go back to the start, then go back and touch the 10 yard and etc. until you finish the 40 yards worth of the acceleration drill. Most common i mark out 40 yards and contionuosly keep going over my 40 yard dash until i beat the first time i did.
last spring i pratice this technique over and over and believed in it and i ran a 4.63 at 250 during football testing. this does work if u practice the techinque

First of all.. you dont want your foot to be matched up where your heel is. it should be matched up about your arch to heel in between. And you dont want your hand up that high cause they time you when you take off, once they see that hand move they time keep that hand tucked and by your waist.

i had size 29inches aroung quads each before and after i decreased the weights i trained and added repitition by 30% my quads decreased by 4inches and i had a faster 40yards and 100m. before i ran the 40 in 4.89 and the 100m in roughly 10.99 but now my 40's 4.55 and my 100m is now 10 flat.

Jason was an incredible trainer and great person. He was killed in King Farm just down the street from his own residence by someone that he knew that lived down the street. He was shot multiple times last night. He represented the "farm" as he would ask my sons, "who do you represent?" The Farm. He will be missed but never forgotten. RIP

He was killed last night. Shooting. Suspect so far, no motive. Don't personally know him, but know his family. They've had too many tragedies in their family. Very sad.

Jason was a wonderful trainer and a great human being. He devoted his life to helping kids improve themselves. He had a sincere interest in making you both a better athlete and person.
RIP Jason. We will miss you.
