Beautiful!!! And another thing about the shoes. Everyone has is own way to play the pedal. Conservative organist and teachers always say: use the shoes. I think, when you play without baroque.. it is very nice.. When you want to play legato,, it is nice toe use nice, small shoes... So, everyone has his own way to play. There is no golden rule!

No, you'd never be able to do pedal work like this without proper shoes. You'd never be able to do the chords.
