the 1990 made for cable film titled Buried Alive, with Jennifer Jason Leigh and Tim Matheson.

There has yet to be a dvd release here, but I think a UK edition is either forthcoming or available now.

But it's available on VHS at Amazon.com.

i cant remember why i was tempted to watch the film my uncle borrowed us a bunch of dvd's and this was one of them and i was really bored so i put it on out of curiosity knowing nothing about it, and wow, it changed my life, i balled my eyes out like a little girl :P
