I just watched the new film "Forever", directed by Wee Li Lin. I didn't enjoy the movie much, but especially considering it's her first movie role and she was the lead, Joanna showed a lot of potential and could become a very likable actress.

Well, actually they're not close at all. Saying Singapore is close to China is like saying London is close to Moscow. Between China and Singapore are Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia.. China is about twenty ethnic groups and five language families away. Oh yeah.. they're 2500 miles apart . As a former colony of England, most people in Singapore speak English (and required by school to learn one of the other 3 official languages).
