Is that Brian Morrison at the end? the guy with the long hair? Remember seeing him at Knockhill riding GPZ 900's in the big production class when I was a kid. Made a name for himself in Endurance racing as I remember. Great clip and very interesting machine. Cheers!
formula 1 was for 1000cc 4/stroke or 500cc 2/stroke useing any road based engine , you could use any chassis parts or frame you liked , and you could tune the engine as long as you did not alter the crankcase, I used to race a PM kawasaki in formula 1 and that was the rule around 79/80 I think the 680 rg was brought in to use in the formula 750 class replaceing the TR750 triples,,,,,, you have a piece of history there thanks,,,,,100%
I have raced a bit with ThundersportGB not sure about either Brian or Iain, I think they are both retired now.

Yes, it's Brian. Both he and Iain Duffus were there with me. We had a great time as we've all known each other for years.
