This is one of my favourite songs of all time, but not this version. The guitars usually add SO MUCH to the song and without structure it just lacks the emotion of the band version.

not to throw her under the bus or anything, but she was tanked at this show, and out of several i saw on that tour, it was her worst performance. she forgot lyrics, made some up, stumbled/jumbled around. her voice was still amazing and i have much respect and admiration for her, but it was kind of sad.

I'd say it's somewhere in between...she plays around with this song a lot as if she's almost channeling from somewhere, or to someone, but my only complaint is she leaves out the verse with the lines:

...which is brilliant, but she sings the last verse twice...
