This fight can be surmised to a one-sided rock-paper-scissor game. The boss only has about three different attacks, and each one leaves him intentionally wide open for pummeling him. I've beaten him in under a minute without getting hit.

I think the reason Travis went from 50to 25 is because the cheerleaders were considered assasins along with Charlie ( they were all numbered from that range) and if you do the revenge missions I think you can collect most of the Bizarre Jelly 5 Posters that hang on that one lone wall as well as get a a huge cardboard chick in your bathroom.
