if you played it for years you werent practacing it correctly, theres no reason to not be able to master this 100% on any instrument in at the most 1 year, especially if you already know how to play your instrument, and no, tabs do not count, thats just pure lazieness unless you play something like a theorba

I wouldn't say this was a particularly difficult piece - the challenge lies in playing clearly defined voices and bringing out the different parts. This guitarist does very well on that score although it's definitely a piece which should be played maybe up to 50% faster.

Very professionally played. I enjoyed this performance a lot. The guitar is tuned down a long way below concert pitch though. I'd guess down to around C or B. Adds a different dimension to it. Nice.

I also prefer bream's playing but keep in mind that this transcription is much "bigger" than bream's, with much more content. I personally prefer this transcription as it has more of bach's intention in it.

The tempo is good for me.

Just a suggestion: to make it more expressive, around 2:50 and afterwards, I would like to see crescendo and forte. After that, probably you want to apply some contrast to the repetitive measurements. Similar for around 5:08 and afterwards.
