  • And i was really hoping i would see myself in that video.. :DD

  • I wish i cold go there all the time! Its amazing.. But my sister doesnt like it! :D

  • Do they have a bar in here?

  • The place that burned down was the old Pinball Pete's building across the street. It had be vacant for years. The location is this video is still very much intact.

  • Was last here in 2009. It's half of what it used to be. A lot of the good games are gone, and out of what remains, half of them are broken in some way or another. Pinball Pete's rules, I wish they would take better care of it and get more classic games. We'd spend a lot more money here if that were the case.

  • is this place still open? I read somewhere on the internet that it

burned down, is that true? Does anyone know for sure?

  • This location is still there, it was the old, empty location across the street that burned.

  • Thanks for the info. Much appreciated.

  • I <3 PINBALL PETES!

  • I passed by here so many times but never went In, i'm always going to the clubs there in aa tho

  • Yeaaa pinball pete's!!! :D

  • go there like every weekend and chill with friends just down the road from Rendezvous and bubble island great place to chill at night

  • Damn, I haven't been there since 2002 looks the same though. I really miss Ann Arbor, trying to convince the wife to move up there with me. So much fun around there.

  • every may my class would take a trip to U of M just for a visit and i would ALWAYS make a annual stop over here and never get tired of it

  • awesome! are most of the games just a quarter? do they have golden ax?!!!..... also, anyone know of any other arcades in wayne county?

  • Only been to the one in lansing, good place

  • I have played hockey with the owner of P.P. for the last 3 years now and I want everyone out there in video game land to know that he is a great guy.

I grew up in Lansing playing games at P.P. and now that I know Pete, its an even bigger honor to play his games, the man should be a legend.

  • Sweet. I used to go there in the mornings when I got off work just to think.

  • I've spent many hours and quarters here

    Good video

  • Oh and U know that dining area with a few old games by the tables, I didnt realize they even had Lethal enforcers, frogger and donkey kong anymore!(they used to be by the air hockey tables) The lethal enforcers game is 2 player, but one of the guns doesnt work anymore... ),:

  • that sucks

  • They need initial D and/or maximum tune T_T

  • Damn I've never seen that many pinball machines in a arcade, not since the 90s. thats sweet!

  • I miss the cheap 25 cent DDR extreme machine :) That was fun when you were broke :)

  • Okay, lol... How did the guy *NOT* get caught doing this? I know Petes very well and, they dont allow pictures in there at all.

  • Umm, not sure where you're getting that, but I work there, and we've always allowed pictures. It's not like we really have anything to hide. Hell, I'll take your picture if you ask me to. Are you sure that you didn't just piss off another employee?

  • I dont know, all I know is I was taking pictures in there one night, and this big black guy came up to me and said "excuse me sir, we dont allow pictures in here" sighting the reason "we have games in here that we arent suppost to have." It was back when there was a Drummania 3rd mix there. And it was when I took pics of a friend playing when they caught me. Back in 2001 or 2000 I think it was. I honestly cant remember.

  • Just talked with my manager about this, and he said "We don't allow people to just walk around talking pictures of people without their knowing of it, because we've had problems, but taking pictures with your friends? That's prefectly fine." He said that there's nothing wrong with the games and he doesn't know what happened with you. We still have Drummania, along with a lot of other "Japanese" games, but that's the answer from the bunsiness.

  • Hey, any chance you guys are going to update Spiderman with the latest code updates? I will come back and play more pin with my buddies if you do. And kudos to the $1 a play on it, make some money and keep up the pin maint!

  • We've updated the codes at least once, maybe twice since we got it, so maybe we are up to spec with the latest codes.

  • Ah ok, thats a better explination than what I got from that one guy (If it was you, than sorry for referring to you as "that one guy"). lol. btw, as a side note.. Love petes, its sad when thats all I ever do in A-Town.

  • ..at least they have a red bull machine *lol*. Yes this is a decent arcade. I don't see any space shooter games though, those are my favorite. Yeah the only decent arcade left around where I am is the retro arcade on Funtown Pier, NJ. I'm not sure if that will be around too much longer. I might inquire about if they want to sell my favorite video game machine should that be the case.
