@forestcamp09 I got that too and I am pretty sure that it is not the real heart. You can play with it and move the feeling to another part. I once achieved to move the sensation just above (!) my head.

i tried his technique back in 1995 and since then i was having OBEs all the time. The same scenario as he describes:The vibration, the floating sensation and then the onset of the OBE. I never quite was able to see my body with clarity though. Amongst many possibilities could it be some lucid hallucination? Hope not since death sucks!

The Doc is a physicist who was taught by Robert how to produce OBE's. He explains the whole shabang in a nut shell using logic but says you only know it's real if you experience it.
