You cant expect the red line to hit the top before the blue-line.
When you deploy releases as per Agile it inevitably slows down the process (because you allocate resources to the deployment). Hence, the overall full value may be reached after the blue vertical line.
@Anjxi You make a good point but I think it really depends on the overhead from each deployment. If you're doing a full blown roll-out to thousands of employees, then the deployment process does take up a lot of time and resources. But that would increase the roll-out effort for both the red and blue lines, and the principle of this video would still be valid. The main point of the video is that during the life of the app, with Agile the business value will be bigger than with waterfall.
