  • I miss you! It is easier to eat raw in California, even in the winter. Yesterday I bought a beet as large as my head!!! I started seeds for chard, spinach, onions and peas. They are in egg cartons in my car because I am homeless right now. Anyway, thank you for the inspiration.

  • i want to become fully raw :D I'm taking it one step @ a time...I don't eat any meats at all so far and i've also cut out alot of junk food because i don't use dairy...I begun from january 1st 2012 and i'm really proud of myself so far.....And i found ur channel so that's a plus ......

  • Here are some more top 5 tips: 1) Sunlight. get as much sunlight as you can. 2) Sleep. do not skimp on the sleep-it is soo important. get the amount of sleep you feel best with. 3) Water. drink plenty of water. so many people are dehydrated and don't even know it. drink enough so that you're peeing clear. 4) Eat as many Fruits&veg as you care for. 5) Play(exercise). have some active fun everyday. no matter the weather. sports are a great place to start. get involved. get up, get out, and go play

  • @boazpatlur We all contribute, and I live at home, so my expenses are way less than if I had my own place. Hang in there buddy. I was raw ALL through college with NO kitchen. I was definitely dedicated...I used to wash my veggies in the girls hall bathroom! Can't believe I did that!!

  • Thanks kristina! I did an intense work out this am...i want to reduce weight...so the appetite decrease was bitter/sweet...but im getting more intense workouts now and my appetite is getting stronger.

  • Wow I hadn't been drinking my green juice every morning since new years and was starting to catch a cold. I was eating junk again. Well I doubled up on the green juice this morning and within 30 minutes I had the urge to blow my nose. Sinuses are all clear now.

  • Very interesting video. Perhaps you have an advice for me. I started to include more and more raw fruits and vegetables in my diet, but still eat some bread, rice or pasta.

    I feel good and like to eat more raw but my stomach hurts sometimes and seems a little bit out of control! ;-) Especially in the morning. I wake up, drink water then go running and afterwards I have water again and eat only fruits like bananas, mangos, oranges but sometimes I really have a strong pain in my stomach.

  • @Claraellenmama Make sure the bananas have brown spots on them or it will cause problems with your digestion. Likewise make sure all the fruits are ripe before you eat them.

  • @KCarrilloB Thanks ! =) i tried eating closer to 2500 yesterday and the day before and i just started getting really cold and blue fingernails and i was cranky and couldnt focus at school ( i did also have very little sleep the night before) mainly cause i was SO hungry haha :D and also i didnt go to bed to early) so it was connected but i think i need at least 3000 when im not working out and then 3500 maby when i do work out. Im testing it out seeing how i feel :D
