just practise, im not THAT good, but practise is the key ... if u use a controller, dont try really hard to force the moves to come out, just let it glide

not sure why Capcom made Rufus so strong. ITs kinda really cheap, first off, he does not take as much damage, 2nd he does alot of damage, and 3rd, hes not exactly a slow player. LIke Compared to Fei long, Fei long is fast, but he does little damage and takes alot of damage.

Rufus is FAR from top tier for a bunch of reasons. 1) He has almost zero useful anti-airs 2) he has a huge draw, which makes it easy to sweep him and cross him up. 3) All of his specials are all or nothing. If any of them are blocked, it's all too easy to punish him for it.

I also find Rufus to be really annoying. I'm thinking it's my lack of experience against him though. I mean, we've all had so much experience against the ken's of the world, or the bison's, that we have some feel for those matchups. The rufus matchup though still feels odd to me. Plus I don't like Justin Wong ;)
