The moron doesn't even know that CR has universal care (single payer for the US readers). Costa Rica places 3rd, in life expectancy, behind Japan & France, ahead of Great Britain & the US. It does so with about about 1/10 the per capita income of these countries. Medication can be purchased for around 2/10 the cost in the US.
