Charges have been layed against Mrs Tshabalala and we are waiting every day for her to be arrested. By the way there was never a proof that these kids were HIV infected.
I have personally seen what Miriam and Sam did for these children over a 25+ year span. The reason she was closed down as far as I know is that the farm she was on was sold to a developer for a new luxury housing community. Where were you when she needed you? If there was fraud, abuse, neglect and malnutrition it is probably because someone like you ignored her plight. Go put your money where your mouth is.
The orphanage has been closed end of February 2011 because of fraud, abuse, neglect, malnutrition, etc. It has been relocated to a safe place and is under new management.
