I put my new ipod touch 16gb into the computer for syncing and it said its capacity is 14.84 GB , This is before i put anything into the ipod ?

It's supposed to do that. Space gets taken up with formatting and such.. so the actual capacity is less than advertised.. they just kinda round it. My 16gb touch has the same capacity as yours.

Javindo's ipod is a 16GB as you can just see when he turns it around has the 16gb on the box. I would sell the classic for the ipod touch as you dont need the space and being able to go online on the itouch will be awesome and watching video on the touchs big screen is great too.

No, you can't get viruses on your touch from any websites. It really is just a website viewer and a lot of the MSN online's don't work because it doesn't have Flash or Java or even Javascript. It also takes aaaaaaaaaaaaaages reading CSS stylesheets.

Yes it's a scratch magnet on the back! Just from having it on my desk the back looks like someone's sat knifing it for an hour! The front is glass though so it's [almost XD] unscratchable unless you push your luck with a diamond bladed knife [no comment.]

Well I think so - I doubt USB 1 would be fast enough to transfer movies etc. but you could try it - or I think FireWire may be an option.
