  • i'm a lemp!

  • Great history, Thank you for posting that. We recently investigated there and it was amazing. We saw many shadows, caught lots of EVPS, caught the footsteps and the shadow that caused them, a woman in a dress and the cries of what we believe is the dog Charles killed. You and view the footage on our page.

  • cool video

  • i had my own haunted house i rented and lived in a couple years.. when i first moved in, i heard a moaning in the basement like a zombie man, i went down with a big knife to see what it was, and i stood there with the lights on in an open basement floor, and heard what sounded like a big sack of sand,25 lbs at least, being dragged across the open floor towards me.. it would move and then stop, move, stop, then move again closer.. i didnt see anything, but heard it coming at me, it was invisable

  • i used a digital camera and i thought it was just a glare at first but then zoomed in and saw a hair line and ears and eyes

  • wow! sounds like you encountered some serious paranormal phenomena while you were there! very impressive! great job documenting your experiences with photographs! were you using a digital camera or 35-mm from which you could produce a film negative?

  • and i also took a pic of my friend next to the picture at the top of the main staircase and we see a figure of a man and it looks like it is covering my friends mouth so now my friend never wants to go there again lol

  • i went there and me and my friend were on the second floor and we were looking at the hige long mirror and we saw a white figure fly through the door were they keep high chairs and stuff and that is also were they keep the barber chair now and once we saw it fly in there we looked over at the door and the door knob was moving we waited and nothing came out so we darted down to the dining room were the lavender lady's picture is.

  • i left too, i had a bad experience on the spiral staircase... something was in the mirror and reached its hands out at me. I bolted out of that place screaming.

  • Omg angie u left!! :( I was so stoked about going there, but if it creeped ya' out bad enough that ya' didn't wanna stay.. I dunno if I wanna go! LOL :) Are they open around this time of year, or only at certain times?

  • really? did you leave in the middle of the night? did you have any experiences you weren't able to explain? there's a really informative book entitled 'how to hunt ghosts' by renowned ghost hunter joshua p. warren that gives great insight into popular theories regarding what ghosts are, how they manifest themselves, etc. after reading it, you may find apparitions, entities and specters aren't all that frightening anymore. hope you still had fun! :)

  • have fun! it's a great place! the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. the food is awesome! the waiters are always glad to regale you with tales of the lemp, either historical or paranormal. after the staff leaves for the evening, they lock the doors behind them and, if you're the only one checked in, you're all alone on the premises. be sure to take a camera with you, have fun and, as always, exhibit respect. hope you have a great time!

  • awesome! have you ever ventured inside? quite a history behind it and the caverns below! even if you're not into paranormal investigation, the food at the lemp is amazing!

  • Very well done! I live in the area as well, and just standing outside of that building is enough to give anyone the creeps! Again, well done, and thank you for documenting one of the many haunted places in our city!

  • thanks for the cool comments! you're right, st. louis is a 'hot bed' for paranormal activity! so much history to the city. can't wait to cruise back and shoot another episode. are you, yourself, interested in paranormal investigation?

  • no prob! thanks for the kind words and i'm glad you enjoyed our flick! cool to hear you've had some strange experiences at the lemp! it's quite an exciting and interesting place, to say the least!

  • Great video! Lots of fun! Being a Lemp fanatic, I appreciated and loved it!

  • Great job!!! Sounds like a fun place to visit! :)
