This one is most likely fake. The grainy footage looks highly edited to give the effect that this is lost footage. I imagine that any real leaked footage would be taken on a high quality camera seeing that if we have the technology to capture an alien we should at least be able to film it well.

@02ellwoj there are several explanation to this. one of them is that human kind had some technology and knowledge and lost it or forgot about it. Since only the high priests had access to this knowledge. Take Puma Punku Ruins for Example. its 10k years old and the rocks are almost as hard as diamond but there is evidence of machining with tools tiped with diamond. But since they never found the tools we can only speculate. I beleive this is alliens but im not 100% sure.
